Around Noosa is a natural spinoff from our popular website Fishing Noosa. The videos which started off as the daily Bar Report have morphed into a more generalised form and will do so even more in the future. To feature these, and the move to a more generalised form, we've created this website. 

A beautiful start to the day here in Noosa with blue skies over scattered, low lying cloud. A 3 to 5 knot north westerly breeze blowing at the river mouth and a small rolling swell on the bar. BOM forecast is for northerly winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas: 1 to 1.5 metres, decreasing below 1 metre during the morning, then increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres by early evening. Swell: East to north easterly around 1 metre. Filmed between 4.45am and 6.55am which was roughly three hours before a 2.07m high tide. Background Music: 'Liberation'... by Asher Fulero.

A tad ordinary as far as the offshore scene was concerned with a 12 to 18 knot south easterly blowing. Not much going on boat-wise so I did a run from the Woods to the Bar.
